Jawab:
Bhai sab se pehle ye baat zahan nasheen kar lein keh tahjjud ki koi ahmiyat nahee hai agar 5 waqt ki namazaun mein se kisi ek naam ki bhi ahmiyat na ho.

Musalman kabhi isha ki namaz padhe bagair so jaye, aisa uss ki poori life mein nahee hona chahiye. Chalo agar kabhi aisa ho jaye, bashriyat ke taqaze ke tahat, aur wo panj waqta namazi bhi hai, tab to uss ko pehle isha ki namaz ada karni hogi, phir wo tahajjud ada karega.
Haar hal mein wo pehle isha ki namaz padhega phir tahajjud ada karega.

ALLAH ne humein sirf namaz padhane ka hukum nahee diya hai balke namaz QAYAM karne ka hukum diya hai.
Namaz padhana ye hai keh kabhi padha kabhi nahee padha.
Magar namaz qayam karne ka matlab hai keh lagatar namaz padhata jaye koi bhi namaz na choohte.

Jo namaz chooht jaye wo faut nahee hoti, balke jab takk uss ko ada na kare wo baaqi rehti hai.

Ayyam-e-jahiliyat ke Qazay-e-umari ka tasawwur islam mein nahee hai, albatta umar ke jiss hisse mein bhi panj waqta namaz ki taufeeq mil jaye uss ke baad koi bhi namaz faut nahee hoti.

Inn masail ke liye ye dalail hain,
1.
عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، أَنَّ عُمَرَ بْنَ الخَطَّابِ، جَاءَ يَوْمَ الخَنْدَقِ، بَعْدَ مَا غَرَبَتِ الشَّمْسُ فَجَعَلَ يَسُبُّ كُفَّارَ قُرَيْشٍ، قَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ مَا كِدْتُ أُصَلِّي العَصْرَ، حَتَّى كَادَتِ الشَّمْسُ تَغْرُبُ، قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «وَاللَّهِ مَا صَلَّيْتُهَا» فَقُمْنَا إِلَى بُطْحَانَ، فَتَوَضَّأَ لِلصَّلاَةِ وَتَوَضَّأْنَا لَهَا، فَصَلَّى العَصْرَ بَعْدَ مَا غَرَبَتِ الشَّمْسُ، ثُمَّ صَلَّى بَعْدَهَا المَغْرِبَ

Tarjuma:
Hzrt Jabir bin Abdullah r.a. riwayat karte hain keh Gazway-e-khandaq ke dinn hzrt Umar bin Khattab r.a. gurub-e-aftab ke baad quresh ko koste huwe aaye aur arz kiya,
Ya Rasoolullah s.a.w. maine ne suraj gurub hote huwe namaz-e-asr ada ki.
Rasool-e-Akram s.a.w. ne farmaya,
Wallahi maine to namaz-e-asr ada nahee ki.
Phir hum sab muqame-e-BATHAN mein aa gaye. Aap s.a.w. ne aur hum sab ne wuzu kiya aur gurub-e-aftab ke baad pehle namaz-e-asr (ba jamaat) padhi phir namaz-e-magrib ada ki.
(Sahee Bukhari : 596)

عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ [ص:123] قَالَ: ” مَنْ نَسِيَ صَلاَةً فَلْيُصَلِّ إِذَا ذَكَرَهَا، لاَ كَفَّارَةَ لَهَا إِلَّا ذَلِكَ {وَأَقِمِ الصَّلاَةَ لِذِكْرِي} [طه: 14]

Tarjuma:
Hzrt Ans bin Malik r.a. kehte hain, Rasoolullah s.a.w. ne farmaya,
Jo shaks namaz padhana bhool jaye, isse jab yaad aaye namaz padh le. Bhooli huwi namaz ka koi kaffara nahee, magar isse ada kar lena hi iss ka kaffara hai.
(Sahee Bukhari : 597)

In ahadith se masail:
1. Jo namaz kisi sharayi uzr ki bunyad par chooht jaye wo Namaz faut nahee hoti, balke usse ada hi karna hai.
2. Jo namaz pehle chooht jaye usse hi pehle ada karna phir baad wali namaz ada karna.
3. Kisi sharayi uzr ki bunyad par namaz qaza ho sakti hai, aur ye amal jahanam mein le jane wala nahee hai.
4. Namaz ka muqarrara waqt guzar jaye to use qaza kehte hain.
5. Farz namazun ki badi ahmiyat hai.
