Narrated ‘Shaddad b. Aws:
The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) came to a man at al-Baqi’ while he was cupping on the 18th of Ramadan ; he (the Prophet) was holding my hand. Thereupon he said: A man who cups and a man who gets himself cupped break their fast. Abu Dawud said: The narrator Khalid al-Hadhdha’ transmitted a similar tradition from Abu Qilabah through a different chain of narrators mentioned by the narrator Ayyub.

The Prophet (pbuh) was cupped while he was in the state of lhram, and also while he was observing a fast.

Abu daud ki hadith iss tarah hai
عن شداد بن أوس، أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أتى على رجل بالبقيع، وهو يحتجم، وهو آخذ بيدي لثمان عشرة خلت من رمضان، فقال: «أفطر الحاجم والمحجوم»
(سنن أبي داود- 2369)
Tarjuma:
Shaddad bin Aus r.a. se riwayat hai, ek dinn rasool allah s.a.w. baqee mein ek shaksh ke paas se guzre, aur wo hijama (pichani lagana) kar raha tha, aap s.a.w. ne mera haath pakad aur kaha inn hijama karne wale aur hijama karwane wale dono ko iftar kara do. aur ye waqiya 18 ramazan ka hai.

Sahee bukhari ki hadith iss tarah hai:
عن ابن عباس، قال: «احتجم النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم وهو صائم»
(صحيح البخاري- 5694)

عن ابن عباس، قال: «احتجم النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم وهو محرم»
(صحيح البخاري- 5695)

Tarjuma:
Hazrat Abbas r.a. kehte hain ke, Allah ke nabi s.a.w. ne hijama karaya, jabke aap roze se the, issi tarah aap s.a.w. ne hijama karaya jab ke aap ahram ki halat mein the.

Inn dono ahadith ko padhane ke baad aisa maloom hota hai ke inn dono mein tazzad paya jata hai. Magar haqeeqatann aisa nahee hai.
Inn dono ahadith ko samazhane ke liye humein kuch hadithein samazhani hongi.

Abu Daud hi ko agar hum aage padhein to hamara masala hall ho jayega, jaise, hum ne Abu Daud ki hadith no 2369 ko dekha, iss ke baad wali hadith hadith no 2374 ko dekhiye, wo iss tarah hai
عن عبد الرحمن بن أبي ليلى، حدثني رجل، من أصحاب النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، «أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم نهى عن الحجامة والمواصلة ولم يحرمهما إبقاء على أصحابه» فقيل له: يا رسول الله، إنك تواصل إلى السحر، فقال: «إني أواصل إلى السحر، وربي يطعمني ويسقيني»
(سنن أبي داود- 2374)

Tarjuma:
Abdur Rehman bin Abi Laila kehte hain keh ek sahab sahaba mein se, unhaun ne kaha,
Rasoolulllah s.a.w. ne mana kiya (roze ki halat mein) hijama karne se aur bagair iftar ke roza rakahne se, Inn dono cheezaun ko aap s.a.w. ne haram nahee kiya, Maqsad Apne ashab par shafaqqat karein. Aap s.a.w se poocha gaya, Allah ke rasool s.a.w. aap to bagair iftar ke roze rakhate hain? Aap s.a.w. ne farmaya, main bagair iftar kiye iss liye roze rakhata hoon kyun ki mera rabb muzhe khilata hai aur pilata hai.

iss hadith se maloom huwa keh roze ki halat mein hijama karna haram nahee hai, allah ke nabi s.a.w. nahee chahte the ke unn ki ummat roza rakhe aur hijama kare fir mushakkat mein padh jaye. Qurban jayiye pyare aaqa s.a.w. Waqyi aap s.a.w saare jahaan ke liye rehmat bana kar bheje gaye the.

Issi tarah aayiye hum ek aur hadith dekhate hain issi Abu Daud ki, hadith no. 2375, jo iss tarah hai,
عن ثابت، قال: قال أنس: «ما كنا ندع الحجامة للصائم، إلا كراهية الجهد»
(سنن أبي داود- 2375)

Tarjuma:
Sabith r.a. kehte hain, ke Ans r.a. ne kaha,
Hum rozedaar ko iss khayal se hijama karne nahee dete the keh kahein wo kamzore na ho jaye.

iss hadith se bhi ye mallom huwa ke roze ki halat mein hijama nahee karna chahiye, ye haram nahee hai balke ye na pasandeedha hai
Nabi ki shaan, hum se bilkul alag hai. Wo chahein to bagair iftar ke roze rakhein aur wo chahein to roza rakh kar hijama karwaye. Ummat mein itni taaqat nahee hai ke wo roza bhi rakhe aur hijama bhi karwaye.
