Jawab:
Qurbani ki niyyat:
Niyyat dill ke irade ka naam hai. Aap ke dill ka irada yani qurbani ki niyyat ye ho ke Aye ALLAH ye qurbani teri taraf se hai aur tere hi liye hai. Aur iss se maqsood ALLAH ki raza ho.
Aur agar sawal mein niyyat se murad qurbani ki dua poochi ja rahi hai to main qurbani ki dua, qurbani ke tareeqe mein, bayan karta hoon.

Quran wa Sunnat mein qurbani ke 2 tareeqe mazkoor hain:
1. Nahar karna
2. Zubah karna.

Nahar karna:
Oont ko khada karke nahar kiya jaata hai.

Aur iss ke ye dalail hain,
1. ALLAH quran mein kehta hai,
فَصَلِّ لِرَبِّكَ وَانْحَرْ

Tarjuma:
Lihaza apne rabb ke liye namaz padh aur qurbani kar.
(Sure Kausar-2)

2. ALLAH sure hajj mein kehta hai,
…فَاذْكُرُوا اسْمَ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهَا صَوَافَّ فَإِذَا وَجَبَتْ جُنُوبُهَا فَكُلُوا مِنْهَا…

Tarjuma:
… Lihaza qurbani ke janwar (oont) par khade hone ki halat mein ALLAH ka naam lo. Aur jab inn (oontaun) ke pehlu zameen par lag jayein to inn ke gosht mein se khao …
(Sure Hajj – 36)

2. Sahee bukhari ki hadith jiss mein Ibn-e-Umar r.a. ka zikar hai,
عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، قَالَ: رَأَيْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا، أَتَى عَلَى رَجُلٍ قَدْ أَنَاخَ بَدَنَتَهُ يَنْحَرُهَا قَالَ: «ابْعَثْهَا قِيَامًا مُقَيَّدَةً سُنَّةَ مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ»

Tarjuma:
Ziyad bin zuber kehte hain, maine Abdullah ibne umar r.a. ko dekha ke wo ek shaks ke paas se guzare jo oont ko nahar karne ja raha tha aur isse bitha rakha tha, to iss par unhaun ne kaha,
Iss oont ka ghutana bandh kar isse khada karo (phir nahar karo) kyunki yahi ALLAH ke nabi Mohammad mustafa s.a.w. ki sunnat hai.
(Sahee bukhari – 1713)

Aur inn ke alawa bohat se dalail maujood hain.

Nahar ka tareeqa:
Oont ko zubah karne ke bajaye nahar kiya jaata hai. Jiss ka masnoon tareeqa ye hai keh oont ko khada karke iss ki agali bayein taang (left leg) aur raan ko baham baandh diya jaye aur isse teen tangaun par khada kar ke qurbani ki dua padh kar iss ke seene aur gardan ki jad ke darmiyan wali gadha numa jagah mein neza ya koi tez dhar wala aala mara jaye jiss se iss ki shahe ragg kat jaye.

Zubah karna:
Oont ke alawa dusre qurbani ke janwaraun ko zubah kiya jaata hai.

Aur iss ke ye dalail hain,
1. Sahee muslim mein ALLAH ke nabi s.a.w. ke zubah ka tareeqa batate huwe ye alfaz aaye hain
ثُمَّ أَخَذَهَا، وَأَخَذَ الْكَبْشَ فَأَضْجَعَهُ، ثُمَّ ذَبَحَهُ

Tarjuma:
Phir Aap s.a.w. ne uss mendhe ko pakad kar litaya aur phir zubah kiya.
(Sahee Muslim – 5091, Sunan Abu Daud – 2792)

2. Quran mein bani israeel se mukhatib ho kar ALLAH kehta hai,
إِنَّ اللَّهَ يَأْمُرُكُمْ أَنْ تَذْبَحُوا بَقَرَةً

Tarjuma:
Beshak ALLAH tumhein hukum deta hai ke tum gaye ko zubah karo
(Sure Baqrah – 67)

Aur inn ke alawa bohat se dalail maujood hain.

Zubah ka tareeqa:
Janwar ko Qibla rukh kiya jaye, uss ko pehlu ke ball litane ke baad iss ke dayein (right) pehlu par pair rakhana chahiye, phir zubah karna chahiye.

Iss ki dalail ye hai,
1. Qibla rukh karne ke talluq se, Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar r.a. ka amal sahee bukhari mein aata hai, Naafe’a ne abdullah bin umar r.a. ke nahar ka tareeqa batate huwe ye hadith bayan karte hain,
وَقَالَ نَافِعٌ: كَانَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا إِذَا أَهْدَى مِنَ المَدِينَةِ قَلَّدَهُ وَأَشْعَرَهُ بِذِي الحُلَيْفَةِ، يَطْعُنُ فِي شِقِّ سَنَامِهِ الأَيْمَنِ بِالشَّفْرَةِ، وَوَجْهُهَا قِبَلَ القِبْلَةِ بَارِكَةً

Tarjuma:
Naafe’a ne kaha,
Hazrat Ibne Umar r.a. jab madeena se qurbani ka janwar apne saath le kar jaate to zul haleefa se isse haar pehna dete aur asha’aar (yani sha’ayir mein dakhiil ) kar dete, issi tarah jab oont apna rukh qibale ki taraf kiye baith jata to iss ke dahane kohan mein neze se zakham laga dete (yani nahar karte).
(Sahee Bukhari – 1694)

2. Janwar ko uss ke pehlu ke ball litane ke talluq se Sahee muslim mein ALLAH ke nabi s.a.w. ke zubah ka tareeqa batate huwe ye alfaz aaye hain
ثُمَّ أَخَذَهَا، وَأَخَذَ الْكَبْشَ فَأَضْجَعَهُ، ثُمَّ ذَبَحَهُ

Tarjuma:
Phir Aap s.a.w. ne uss mendhe ko pakad kar litaya aur phir zubah kiya.
(Sahee Muslim – 5091, Sunan Abu Daud – 2792)

3. Janwar par apna pair rakhane ke talluq se sahee bukhari mein aap s.a.w ka sunnat tareeqa hazrat ans r.a. iss tarah bayan karte hain,
فَرَأَيْتُهُ وَاضِعًا قَدَمَهُ عَلَى صِفَاحِهِمَا

Tarjuma:
Hazrat Ans r.a. ne kaha,
Maine dekha aap s.a.w. ko apna qadam-e-mubarak iss ke pehlu par rakhate huwe.
(Sahee Bukhari – 5558, Sunan Tirmizi – 1494, Sunan Nasa’i – 4387)

Qurbani ki dua:
Zubah ya nahar karne se pehle ye dua padhein,
بسم الله الله اكبر اللهم منك ولك (اللهم تقبل) من فلان

Tarjuma:
Shuru ALLAH ke naam se, ALLAH bohat bada hai, Aye ALLAH ye teri taraf se hai aur tere liye hai, Aye ALLAH iss ko qubul farma uss ki taraf se
(Sahee Bukhari – 5558,5565 , Sahee Muslim – 5091)

Yahaan MIN FULANIN ki jagah par qurbani karne wale ka naam lein.

Qurbani ki ye dua sahee nahee hai:
إني وجهت وجهي للذي فطر السموات والأرض على ملة إبراهيم حنيفا، وما أنا من المشركين، إن صلاتي ونسكي ومحياي ومماتي لله رب العالمين لا شريك له، وبذلك أمرت وأنا من المسلمين، اللهم منك ولك، وعن محمد وأمته باسم الله، والله أكبر»

Jiss hadith se ye dua milti hai wo hadith zaeef hai yani sahee nahee. Zaeef hadith se istedlal yani daleel pakadna durust nahee.

Qurbani ke baad koi bhi dua sahee sanad se sabit nahee hai. Iss liye zubah ke baad kisi qisam ki dua padhane se bachane chahiye.

Zubah ke waqt zaruri ria’ayatein.,
1. Apne haath se qurbani karna afzal hai.
2. Janwar ke saath ahsan ka mamala karna chahiye.
3. Janwar ko litane se pehle hi churi ko khoob tez kar lena chahiye.
4. janwar ko aaram pahoonchana
5. Achchi tarah zubah karna.
6. Janwar ko ghaseetate huwe na le jana.
7. Sakhti aur zulm ka muzahira na karna
8. Gardan ke neeche se zubah karna.

baaz log janwar ko zubah se pehle wuzu karaate hain aur kuch to uss ko gusul bhi dete hain, aur iss ko ahkame qurbani mein shumar karte hain, ye bilkul durust nahee.
Agar isse ibadat aur shariyat samazh kar kiya jaye to bida’at hogi.
