Jawab:
Ji haan, paltu janwaraun ke naam rakhana jayz hai aur rakha ja sakta hai.
Jo janwar paltu hote hain, wo insan se manoos hote hain. Insanaun ki awaz aur unn ki harkataun ko samazhate hain. unn ke pukarne par qareeb aate hain, aur unn ke hukum par amal bhi karte hain.

Agar koi shaks 3 kabutar (pigeon) paal le, to zahir si baat hai wo unn ko pehchan ne ke liye unn ke naam bhi rakhega. unn ke naam ki wajah se wo parinde uss shaks se aur bhi manoos ho jayenge.
Waise to ye masala common sense ka hai. Iss ko common sense se hi hall karna chahiye. Agar koi shaks apne janwar ka naam na rakhe to na to wo gunehgar hai aur na hi shariyat ka koi hukum uss par lagata hai. Aur issi tarah uss ke naam rakhane par uss ko koi sawab bhi nahee milta. Albatta nake niyyati aur uss janwar ke saath husn-e-suluk karne par uss ko sawab zarur mill sakta hai.

Phir bhi, aayiye main yahaan chand dalail de deta hoon,
ALLAH ne hzrt ibraheem a.s. ka qissa QURAN mein bayan kiya hai. Uss mein ALLAH kehta hai keh aye ibraheem a.s. 4 parinde lo aur unn ko khoob achchi tarah apne se manoos karo, phir unn ke tukade tukade kar ke alag alag pahad par unhein rakh do, phir jab tum unhein pukaroge to wo tumhari taraf daud kar aayenge.
QURAN ki aayat iss tarah hai,
وَإِذْ قَالَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ رَبِّ أَرِنِي كَيْفَ تُحْيِ الْمَوْتَى قَالَ أَوَلَمْ تُؤْمِنْ قَالَ بَلَى وَلَكِنْ لِيَطْمَئِنَّ قَلْبِي قَالَ فَخُذْ أَرْبَعَةً مِنَ الطَّيْرِ فَصُرْهُنَّ إِلَيْكَ ثُمَّ اجْعَلْ عَلَى كُلِّ جَبَلٍ مِنْهُنَّ جُزْءًا ثُمَّ ادْعُهُنَّ يَأْتِينَكَ سَعْيًا وَاعْلَمْ أَنَّ اللَّهَ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيمٌ

Tarjuma:
Aur jab ibrahim (alh-e-salam) ney kaha aey meray perwerdigar! Mujhay dikha tu murdon ko kiss tarah zinda keray ga? (janab-e-bari taalaa ney) farmaya kiya tumhen eman nahi? Jawab diya eman to hai lekin meray dil ko taskeen hojayegi farmaya chaar parind lo unn kay tukray ker dalo phir her pahar per inn ka aik aik tukra rakh do phir enehn pukaro tumharay pass dortay huye aajayen gay aur jaan rakho kay Allah Taalaa ghalib hai hikmaton wala hai.
(Sure Baqrah : 260)

Iss ayat mein parindaun ke naam rakhane ka to zikar maujood nahee hai magar ALLAH ne ibraheem a.s. ko pukarne ka hukum diya. Bohat mumkin hai keh ibraheem a.s. ne unn parindaun ko naam se pukara hoga.

Iss aayat ki mazeed tafseer janane ke liye iss tafseeri dars ko zarur sune,

Ahadith mein bhi janwaraun ke naam rakhane ka zikar milta hai, itna hi nahee, nabi-e-muhtram s.a.w. ki oontani ke naam bhi the., jaise
1.
قَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ: «أَرْدَفَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أُسَامَةَ عَلَى القَصْوَاءِ» وَقَالَ المِسْوَرُ: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَا خَلَأَتِ القَصْوَاءُ»

Tarjuma:
Ibne Umar r.a. ne kaha,
ALLAH ke nabi s.a.w. ne Usama r.a. ko QASWA (nami oontani) par apne peeche bithaya tha.
Miswar bin makhrama r.a. kehte hain,
Nabi s.a.w. ne kaha,
QASWA ne sarkashi nahee ki hai.
(Sahee bukhari baab Nabi s.a.w. ki oontani ka bayan Hadith No 2871 se pehle.)

Iss hadith mein QASWA oontani ko kaha gaya hai.

أَنَسً رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، يَقُولُ: «كَانَتْ نَاقَةُ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُقَالُ لَهَا العَضْبَاءُ»

Tarjuma:
Ans bin Malik r.a. ne bayan kiya keh nabi-e-kareem s.a.w. ki oontani ka naam A’azbaa tha.
(Sahee Bukhari : 2871)

Iss hadith mein aap s.a.w. ki oontani ka naam A’azbaa bataya gaya hai.

Zahir si baat hai janwaraun ke naam aise rakhe jayein jo aam hoon, yani jinn se ALLAH aur uske rasool s.a.w. ki shaan mein koi gustakhi na hoti ho. Aur issi tarah aise naam bhi na rakhein jayein jinn se sahaba, tabeen, taba tabyeen, ayimma-e-karam, muhadditheen aur auliya allah ke naam ki taheen hoti ho.
