Jawab:
Musafa 1 haath se karna masnoon aur mustahab hai. Halanke 2 haath se musafa karne ke ishare bhi ahadith mein milte hain.

Magar raajeh yehi hai keh 1 haath se musafa karna chahiye. Kyunki 2 haath se musafa karne ke muqabale mein 1 haath se musafa karne wali ahadith bohat ziyada hain aur unn mein wazahat wa sarahat bhi kaafi payi jaati hai.

Aayiye sab se pehle hum 2 haath se musafa karne ke talluq se janane ki koshish karte hain, Main yahaan imam bukhari r.h. ka tarz-e-istadlal bayan karta hoon.
Imam Bukhari r.h. ne pehle ek baab bandha بَابُ المُصَافَحَةِ yani Musafa ka bayan. iss mein imam bukhari r.h. ne 3 hadithein naqal ki. Phir uss ke baad ek aur baab bandha بَابُ الأَخْذِ بِاليَدَيْنِ yani 2 haath se pakadane ka bayan. Halanke imam bukhari r.h. ne iss baab mein jo hadith naqal ki hai uss ko bab-ul-musafa se alag rakha hai, magar iss dusre baab ke saath hi aslaf ka ek amal bayan kiya aur kaha,
وَصَافَحَ حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، ابْنَ المُبَارَكِ بِيَدَيْهِ
yani Hammad bin Zaid r.h. ne Ibne Mubarak r.h. se 2 haathaun se musafa kiya.
Phir iss ke baad imam bukhari r.h. ne ye hadith naqal ki hai,
ابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ، يَقُولُ: عَلَّمَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَكَفِّي بَيْنَ كَفَّيْهِ، التَّشَهُّدَ، كَمَا يُعَلِّمُنِي السُّورَةَ مِنَ القُرْآنِ: «التَّحِيَّاتُ لِلَّهِ، وَالصَّلَوَاتُ وَالطَّيِّبَاتُ، السَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكَ أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ وَرَحْمَةُ اللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ، السَّلاَمُ عَلَيْنَا وَعَلَى عِبَادِ اللَّهِ الصَّالِحِينَ، أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ، وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُولُهُ» وَهُوَ بَيْنَ ظَهْرَانَيْنَا، فَلَمَّا قُبِضَ قُلْنَا: السَّلاَمُ – يَعْنِي – عَلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ

Iss hadith mein Ibne maso’od r.a. kehte hain, rasoolullah s.a.w. ne muzhe tashahhud sikhaya, uss waqt mera haath aap s.a.w. ki hateliyaun ke darmiyan tha.
(Sahee bukhari : 6265)

Iss hadith se ye maloom hota hai keh kisi zarurat ke tahat, jaise quran ki taleem dena ya kisi cheez ki taqeed karna wagaira, ke waqt 2 haath se musafa kiya ja sakta hai. Magar aam maamool ye hona chahiye keh sirf ek haath se musafa kiya jaye.
Iss se ye bhi maloom huwa keh 2 haath se musafa ki tahqeeq rakhane walaun ko bura bhala na kahein, wo unn ke nazdeeq raajeh hai.

Ab aayiye ek haath se musafa ko samazhne ki koshish karte hain,
Lafz المُصَافَحَةِ musafa, bana hai صفح safah se. Jiss ke maani hain hatheli. AL-MUSAFA ye baab-e-mufa’ala se hai. Yani aisa kaam jiss mein 2 taraf se shirkat ho.
Jab 2 afrad ki ek ek hatheli aapas mein milti hai to uss ko musafa kehte hain.
Ab zahir si baat hai musafa mein seedhe haath ka dakhal zarur hai. Agar aap dono haathaun ka istemaal kar ke musafa karna chahein tab bhi sirf ek ek hatheli hi aapas mein milegi, bache huwe dono afrad ke bayein haath (left hands) be fayda hain kyunki unn ka istemaal hatheli milaane ke liye nahee ho raha. Iss se bhi yehi sabit huwa keh musafa ek haath se hi karna chahiye.

Ek haath se musafa ke kayi dalail hai, jaise,
عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ هِشَامٍ، قَالَ: «كُنَّا مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَهُوَ آخِذٌ بِيَدِ عُمَرَ بْنِ الخَطَّابِ»

Tarjuma:
Abdullah bin hisham r.a. ne kaha,
Hum ALLAH ke nabi s.a.w. ke saath the, aur wo umar bin khattab r.a. ko (musafa ke darmiyan) ek haath se pakade huwa the.
(Sahee bukhari : 6264)

Iss hadith mein lafz بِيَدِ (bi yadin) hai, yani ek haath. Aur iss haidth ko imam bukhari r.h. ne musafa ke baab mein naqal kiya hai.

Issi tarah ek zabardast aur jami’a hadith mein ek haath se musafa karne ke talluq se iss tarah aaya hai,
إذا لقي المسلم أخاه المسلم، فأخذ بيده فصافحه، تناثرت خطاياهما من بين أصابعهما كما يتناثر ورق الشجر بالشتاء

Tarjuma:
Aap s.a.w. ne farmaya,
Jab ek musalman apne musalman bhai se mulaqat karta hai aur uss ka ek haath pakadata hai aur musafa karta hai to inn donoaun ki ungaliyaun ke darmiyan se gunah iss tarah jhadate hain jiss tarah sakt garmi ke dinn sookhe darakht se patte jhadate hain.
