Qible ki taraf pair na karna, kya ye koi hadith se saabit hai ?

Q: Qible ki taraf pair na karna, kya ye koi hadith se saabit hai ?

Jawab:
Qibale ki taraf pair karne ya na karne ke talluq se koi hadith nahee hai.
Albatta log iss ko ta’azeem ke ziman mein le kar qibale ki taraf pair nahee karte hain.

Haidth mein Qibale ki taraf rukh kar ke pakhana ya peshab karne se mana kiya gaya hai.
Jaisa ke hadith mein hai,
عَنْ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِذَا أَتَيْتُمُ الْغَائِطَ فَلَا تَسْتَقْبِلُوا الْقِبْلَةَ بِغَائِطٍ وَلَا بَوْلٍ، وَلَا تَسْتَدْبِرُوهَا، وَلَكِنْ شَرِّقُوا أَوْ غَرِّبُوا»

Tarjuma:
Abu Ayyub ansari r.a. se riwayat hai, rasoolullah s.a.w. ne faramaya,
Jab tum Qazaye hajjat ya peshab ke liye aao to apna rukh qibale ki taraf na karna, aur na hi pusht (yani peeth) karo, balke mashriq ya magrib ki taraf rukh kiya karo.
(Sunan Tirmizi-8)

Iss hadith se maloom huwa ke barahe rast qibale ki taraf rukh karna mana hai, haan agar koi aad ya diwar ho, ya kaafi faasala ho iss mein koi harj nahee.
Jaise ke tirmizi ki issi hadith ke baad wali hadith mein iss ka tazkira milta hai, jaise
عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ: رَقِيتُ يَوْمًا عَلَى بَيْتِ حَفْصَةَ، «فَرَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى حَاجَتِهِ مُسْتَقْبِلَ الشَّامِ مُسْتَدْبِرَ الْكَعْبَةِ»

Tarjuma:
Abn-e-Umar r.a. kehte hain, main ek dinn Hzrt Hafsa r.a. ke ghar par chadha, To phir maine rasoolullah s.a.w. ko qazaye hajjat ke liye baithe huwe dekha., Aap ka rukh shaam ki taraf aur pusht QIBLE ki taraf thi.
(Sunan Tirmizi-11)

Behre kaif, kisi aad ya faasale ki wajah se qible ki taraf rukh kiya ja sakta hai.

Ab yehi masala qibale ki taraf pair karne se jodiye, adab aur ehteraam ke lihaz se qibale ki taraf baraye raast (yaani bagair kisi aad ke) pair na karein to achcha hai, warna iss ki koi mumaniyat nahee hai.
Ab jo khane kaaba ke paas nahee hain balke kisi door daraz ilaqe mein hain to unn ke liye qibake ki taraf pair karne mein koi harj nahee. Aur ye bilkul qibale ki ta’azeem ke khilaf bhi nahee hai.

Agar kuch log iss baat par aqal lagaye, aur kahein, qibale aur pair ke darmiyan hazaraun ka fasla kyun na ho, ya koi aad kyun ho, aakhir kaar pair to qibale hi ki taraf ho jayenge na? yehi to gustakhi hai.
Agar hum iss mantiq aur logic ko maan lein to phir hum kisi bhi simt pair nahee kar sakte, bass hamesh khade rehna hoga.
Kaise”, Mere iss sawal par gaur kijiye,
QURAN ki taraf pair karna kaisa hai?
zahir si baat hai ye bhi be-adabi hai. Iss ka matlab ye huwa ke, chahe pair aur quran ke darmiyan kitna bhi fasala kyun na ho, ya koi aad bhi kyun na ho, wo be-adabi aur gustakhi hi hogi.

Ab aap zara sochiye, aisa kaunsa rukh hai jahaan humein quran rakhi huwi na milti ho, goya ke harr simt mein kahein na kahein quran rakha huwa hai, ab hum kya karenge?
Ab to charaun taraf rukh karna bhi gunah aur gustakhi ho gayi, aur issi tarah soch kar agar kisi bhi simt pair na karte huwe aasman ki taraf pair karte hain to phir ye to sab se badhi gustakhi ho jayegi, kyunki ab hum ne to ALLAH RABBUL IZZAT ki taraf hi pair kar diya,
Ab hum kya karenge, siwaye hamesha kahde rehne ke aur koi chara na hoga.

Behre haal, inn mantiqi baataun ko choriye, aur QURAN aur SAHEE HADITH ki taraf aayiye aur QIBALE ki taraf pair karne mein koi harj nahee hai ye baat maan lijiye.
